CQI-24 – DRBFM: managing the risks of product/process changes – #211

	1,390.00 € HT

        Context
- Originally developed in the automotive sector by Toyota, the method has more recently been integrated into the AIAG CQI-24 and SAE J2886 standards and is also being deployed in the non-automotive sectors.
 - Projects are often technical changes to a product or process reference. The DRBFM focuses the team’s work on reducing the risks associated with the changes. To do this, it brings together the players involved in the change: Design office / Industrialization / Methods / Production / Suppliers / Quality / Laboratory…
 - The DRBFM, although formalised and supported by forms, relies on the experience and creativity of the teams.
 - Since the DRBFM is targeted at changes, it is integrated either directly into the product development cycle or into the change management process during production.

Objectives
- To know how to lead, conduct and manage a DRBFM, in accordance with the principles of AIAG’s CQI-24, in order to control the technical risks associated with product/process modifications.
 - Understand the advantages of implementing a DRBFM rather than a FMEA.
 - Knowing how to argue with customers for the use of a DRBFM rather than a FMEA.
 - Be able to assess the robust application of the DRBFM approach.

Recommanded for
- Project managers and project teams.
 - Quality, Development, Industrialisation Methods, Production and Supplier Quality managers, engineers and technicians.
 - Auditors.

Prerequisites
No prerequisites.
Specific operating conditions for remote sessions
- Have a PC equipped with a microphone, webcam and, if possible, a headset for greater comfort. Note: To blur or hide the view from behind, background screens are available in Zoom or Teams.
 - A good Internet connection, tested before the session.
 - Locate in a quiet, isolated area; switch to « not available » status in Teams; close your email access and mute your phone to avoid distraction during the session.
 - To avoid off-topic discussions during the session, participants from the same organisation should not be grouped together in the same room, but rather at their own desks. Virtual sub-groups will be set up specifically for the exercises, which will also allow for mixed groups to be created.
 - The webcam and microphone must be open during remote qualification/certification exams. It may also be necessary for us to check that you are the only one in the room.
 - We ask that you connect at least 5 minutes before the beginning of the session.

Pedagogy
- The pedagogy alternates between presentation sequences and role-playing through exercises or group analysis which are then shared.
 - Case studies will be used to understand the DRBFM approach.

Evaluation mode
- Knowledge test (MCQ).

Course materials
-
Participant’s file containing the presentations delivered during the training and the exercise materials.
