Depuis la loi Pacte de 2019, toutes les entreprises doivent renforcer la responsabilité sociétale de l’entreprise (RSE) pour « prendre en considération » les enjeux environnementaux et sociaux dans la gestion de leurs activités et dans leurs relations avec leurs clients, collaborateurs, fournisseurs, actionnaires et acteurs locaux.

La RSE consiste en la mise en pratique d’un « développement durable » de ses activités afin de limiter les impacts sur l’environnement, avoir un impact positif sur la société, tout en étant économiquement viable.

La norme ISO 26000, standard international définit le périmètre de la RSE autour de 7 questions centrales :

  • la gouvernance de l’organisation (ex : éthique, corruption),
  •  les droits de l’homme (ex : maîtrise de sous-traitance et risque de travail des enfants),
  • les relations et conditions de travail (ex : surcharge de travail, ISO45001),
  •  l’environnement (ex : Bilan Carbone®, ISO14001, ISO50001),
  •  la loyauté des pratiques (ex : lutte contre corruption),
  • les questions relatives aux consommateurs (ex : traitement des données numériques),
  •  les communautés et le développement local.

The emerging context of social responsibility: from sustainable development to CSR/SR.

Session 2

The ISO 26000 standard: structure, terminology and positioning in relation to other standards.

Session 3

Key points: the 7 core issues and areas of action of ISO 26000.

Day 2

Session 4

Define the priority actions to be taken, taking into account the company’s level of maturity and the expectations of stakeholders, using the prioritisation tool for issues (and areas of action): the materiality matrix.

The steps to implement a CSR approach.
