B2TL – B1TL training course, live working on vehicle batteries: recycling – #T10

Context
The training aims to provide the knowledge and skills defined in standards NF C18-550, NF C18-505-1 and NF C18-505-2-1 for carrying out live work on batteries or battery packs in vehicles with combustion engines, electric motors or hybrid engines (voltage greater than 60V DC or capacity greater than 275 Ah).
Objectives
The aim of recycling is to help maintain the TST IE skills of workers who are already trained and qualified in the relevant field of live working.
Recommanded for
- Any person authorised to carry out live working on low-voltage installations
Prerequisites
- Have completed initial training in live working
- Be authorised to carry out live working
- On the first day of training, be in possession of the PPE and work clothing mentioned in the letter of commitment, as well as proof of identity.
The training organisation must have the letter of commitment signed by the employer at the start of the training.
Pedagogy
The refresher module comprises, in order:
- 1. an initial practical exercise aimed at detecting and identifying discrepancies;
- 2. an educational session aimed at correcting the discrepancies identified, based on the regulatory texts:
- 3. a second practical exercise aimed at verifying the assimilation of corrective actions.
- 4. an educational session on accidentology based on feedback from the field concerned.
Evaluation mode
- Assessment of expected theoretical and practical prerequisites (these determine whether the trainee can continue with the training)
- Knowledge test (multiple-choice questions) plus practical test on traction battery pack
