Context
- You are familiar with the ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016 standards, and are looking for “cost-effective” audits to improve the performance of every process in your company or with your suppliers.
- You want to be able to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of your quality management system, as well as its compliance with IATF 16949: 2016 and ISO 9001: 2015.

Objectives
- Understand the automotive process approach and identify the requirements applicable to the different processes.
- Know how to conduct a system audit, process by process, according to the requirements of IATF 16949: 2016 and ISO9001: 2015.
- Know how to evaluate the overall performance of a quality management system.
- Know how to prepare, conduct and close an internal/supplier audit according to the requirements of ISO 19011

Pedagogy

The pedagogy implemented is fun and varied to master the job of system auditor by process in accordance with the requirements of the standard. Each chapter of the standard gives rise to an exchange on the audit tracks to be implemented, the acquisition of the methodology of conducting the system audit (CAPDo®), alternating sequences of theory and practical application.
Evaluation mode
- A 1 hour 15 minute examination to certify one’s ability to audit a Quality Management System.
