- You are looking for a relevant alternative method to audit or qualify your production processes, or to audit your suppliers’ processes
Objectives
- Be autonomous in preparing and conducting manufacturing process audits.
- Acquire a methodology for auditing any manufacturing process.
- Carry out training audits (on a case study in an inter-sessional setting), or on a real in-company process (in an intra-sessional or on-site setting).

- Managers, engineers, technicians and auditors in the automotive sector, in quality, methods and production functions.
Prerequisites
Good knowledge of automotive core tools; at least process FMEA and monitoring plan.
Pedagogy
- The approach is based on a production process audit framework developed by Euro-Symbiose.
- The proposed approach enables participants to familiarize themselves with the standard and acquire the basic skills of an auditor.
- The step-by-step audit methodology, alternating theory and practice, encourages rapid acquisition of knowledge.
- Sub-group work and feedback exercises help trainees to develop their ability to summarize and express themselves orally.
