Context
You wish to :
- Implement a quality management system that complies with the requirements of ISO 19443:2018 applicable to the nuclear energy sector, in addition to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
- Master the requirements of this standard.
- Train the users and actors of your QMS in order to clarify the requirements of ISO 19443:2018 in a concrete way, especially those related to the nuclear safety culture.
- Anticipate the expectations of the sector’s main clients.

- Know how to apply the requirements process by process.
- Evaluate your current practices with respect to the requirements of the standard.

This training is for all audiences.
Specific operating conditions for remote sessions
- Have a PC equipped with a microphone, a webcam and, if possible, a headset for greater comfort. Note: wallpapers are available on Zoom or Teams to hide the background.
- Have a good Internet connection, which should be tested before the session.
- Settle down in a quiet, isolated place; set yourself to “unavailable” status on Teams; close your email access, and mute your phone, so as not to be disturbed during the session.
- Participants from the same organisation should not be grouped together in the same room, but each at their own desk.
- The end-of-course knowledge test must be taken with your webcam and microphone turned on. We may need to verify that you are alone in the room.
- Please sign in 5 minutes before the start of the session.

Pedagogy
- The standard will be analysed in a logical and progressive way, i.e. the requirements will be studied through the typical processes of a company, i.e. the processes that create added value for the customers, then the support processes and finally the management processes.
- The paragraphs of the standard will be examined to draw out the key elements. Examples of best practices implemented in certified companies will be studied.
- A case study serving as a “red thread” will enable the requirements to be applied to various concrete company situations and thus perfect the correct understanding and use of the standard.
- Finally, as the requirements are analysed, each participant must :
- Determine which ones impact them on a daily basis, and in what way they contribute concretely to its application for the benefit of their company.
- Evaluate the actual level of implementation and the performance obtained in their area.
- Identify your own areas for improvement.
