Context
STELLANTIS has developed and adapted the APQP and PPAP processes to manage the quality of its suppliers during the whole development and mass production phases.
APQP PPAP STELLANTIS v2022 is based on the merging of ex-PSA and ex-FCA standards.
EURO-SYMBIOSE / TRIGO has been nominated by STELLANTIS as Master Trainer and Training Provider for this training course. EURO-SYMBIOSE consultants and trainers have developed this training course in collaboration with STELLANTIS teams.
Objectives
- Understand APQP PPAP STELLANTIS Requirements
- Understand the rules for the rating of all Deliverables in the APQP Grid
- Know the roles and responsibilities between suppliers and STELLANTIS, as well as between STELLANTIS teams
- Get familiar with the APQP IT applications (PLM, AUROS)
- Create your personal action plan to implement the STELLANTIS requirements in your company
- Acquisition of the APQP PPAP STELLANTIS training qualification

Mandatory training for STELLANTIS suppliers: all project team members responsible for APQP and APQP-specific deliverables
This training is also highly recommended for:

Prerequisites
- Have completed general training on the APQP and PPAP processes or have experience with the APQP practice.
- E-learning pre-session module is mandatory before classroom session.
Pedagogy
- This training program has been designed by EURO-SYMBIOSE and STELLANTIS.
- The pedagogy is based on subgroup activities with exercices and simulation (APQP Gate review prepration on the basis of a case study file that is completed as the course progresses).
- E-learning pre-session module aims at introducing the training to start classroom session with questions & answers.
- E-learning post-session module aims at reviewing the course a few weeks or months after the classroom session, with case-studies with rating of deliverables.
- The pedagogy makes the link with the real context of each participant thanks to a construction activity around the personal progress plan.
- The mandatory forms, recommended templates, guidelines and examples pour each deliverable are introduced in the training module.
- Some videos summarize the APQP and PPAP processes during project development and during mass production with the link with After-Sales.
Evaluation mode
- MCQ knowledge test (15 questions) in 30 min + case studies (60min): 60% of correct answers required.
- E-learning post-session module is optional.
Course materials
- Training materials available in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or Chinese – including e-learning modules.
- Participant file containing the presentations delivered during the training and the exercise materials.
- Participants will have access to e-learning modules with online application.
- Digital training materials are made available to trainees a few days before the start of the training course on our LMS platform.
