Context
In the automotive sector, supply chain management (SCM) is particularly important to ensure the delivery of products.
The Global MMOG/LE (Global Materials Management Operations Guidelines/Logistics Evaluation) tool is the result of collaboration between the working groups of Odette International Limited and the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG). The first version was published in 2004. MMOG/LE is derived from the Odette Logistics Evaluation (OLE) and the AIAG Global Materials Management Operations Guidelines, both originally published in 1999.
The Global MMOG/LE has become a global standard that brings together industry best practice for supply chain processes in the automotive industry. It is a unique self-assessment and continuous improvement tool to evaluate the supply chain performance of each partner.
In the course of this training, you will be able to acquire this specific expertise.
You wish to :
- Self-assess or assess the performance of each supply chain partner.
- Develop and improve supply chain management.
- Be qualified to implement the framework and use the MMOG.np web platform.

Pedagogy
