Specific operating conditions for remote sessions

- Have a good Internet connection, which should be tested before the session.
- Settle down in a quiet, isolated place; set yourself to “unavailable” status on Teams; close your email access, and mute your phone, so as not to be disturbed during the session.
- Participants from the same organisation should not be grouped together in the same room, but each at their own desk.
- The end-of-course knowledge test must be taken with your webcam and microphone turned on. We may need to verify that you are alone in the room.
- Please sign in 5 minutes before the start of the session.
Prerequisites
Have a thorough understanding of FMEA principles: have been trained in FMEA and have FMEA experience.
Already be an FMEA facilitator or regularly participate in FMEA sessions.
Pedagogy
-
This course alternates between group discussions and role-playing during FMEA exercises with coaching by the trainer.
- In-house: preparation prior to the training course enables the situational exercises to be adapted on the basis of the company’s FMEA documents, and the sequences to be adjusted according to the needs of the participants (product FMEA and/or process FMEA).
Evaluation mode
-
Trainer assessment of the trainees’ ability to apply the concepts and tools taught through situational exercises.
Course materials
- Participant’s file containing the presentations delivered during the training and the exercise materials.
- Digital training materials are made available to trainees a few days before the start of the training course on our LMS platform.

“A good training conducted in a dynamic way with lots of good advice and reminders, combined with practice, even if it remains limited in time. The group was nice and fairly homogeneous, especially in inter-company settings, which allowed for good listening and understanding among everyone.”
